For this Objective 2050 episode, made with EDF, Monde Numérique interviewed our chief executive Pierre-Antoine Preynat about the second life we give to electric vehicle batteries. He presents our Battery-Shelter containers, 120 to 900 kWh of capacity for up to 200 kW of power, and explains how repurposing adds 10 to 15 years to a battery’s life before it is recycled.

Mesinfos came to see us in Villeurbanne, where Marc Areny showed a Battery-Shelter built from packs recovered out of written-off Teslas and Volkswagens.
